Whether you’re after more defined lips, softer lines or a more defined jawline, dermal fillers are a non-surgical way to restore the volume our faces naturally lose with age. At Kynd Medical & Wellness, every treatment is carried out by Sarah Allen - a Registered Midwife and Independent Prescriber and tailored carefully to your features, with one simple aim: natural-looking results that still look like you.
Dermal fillers are gel-based injectable treatments made from hyaluronic acid - a substance your skin produces naturally to stay hydrated and plump. As we age, we lose volume and elasticity, which can lead to lines, folds and a flatter facial contour. Placed precisely beneath the skin, fillers smooth, hydrate, contour and define - gently restoring structure and freshness. Because hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, results look soft and natural, and the treatment is reversible if ever needed.
Lips — subtle enhancement, definition and hydration
Cheeks — restoring volume and contour
Jawline & chin — definition and balance
Tear troughs — softening under-eye hollows (assessed carefully for suitability)
Nasolabial folds & marionette lines — softening deeper lines
Non-surgical rhinoplasty — refining and balancing the nose
Dermal fillers can restore lost volume; soften fine lines, folds and creases; add subtle definition to the lips, cheeks, chin and jaw; and improve overall facial balance for a refreshed, natural look. Results are immediate and, depending on the product and the area, typically last between 6 and 18 months.
Fillers aren’t a solution for everything, and Sarah will always be honest about that. They won’t tighten significantly loose or sagging skin, replace lost skin elasticity, or correct concerns such as pigmentation and surface texture — these need different treatments, which Sarah is happy to talk you through. Used well, fillers enhance subtly; they’re not a substitute for surgery, and a good practitioner will tell you when something else would serve you better.
The nose is a delicate, higher-risk area, so safety is paramount. Sarah carries out a careful assessment of your anatomy and medical history, discusses what is realistically achievable, and only proceeds when it is safe and appropriate to do so. As a medical prescriber she is trained to recognise and manage complications, and your wellbeing always comes before the treatment. Non-surgical rhinoplasty isn’t suitable for everyone, and Sarah will tell you honestly if it isn’t right for you.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty, sometimes called a “liquid nose job”, uses dermal filler to smooth small bumps, refine the tip and improve the overall balance of the nose, without surgery or downtime. It’s a precise treatment that can make a subtle but meaningful difference to facial harmony.
Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) works deep within the skin to stimulate collagen over time. Results appear gradually - often from around 4–6 weeks, building over several months and are usually given as a short course of sessions a few weeks apart. Because the change is so gradual, it looks entirely natural, and results can last up to around two years.
Radiesse (calcium hydroxyapatite) has a dual action: it gives an immediate improvement in volume and contour on the day, then continues to work by stimulating your own collagen over the following weeks and months. It’s especially effective for restoring structure to the cheeks, jawline, chin and hands.
Collagen stimulators differ from hyaluronic-acid filler. Biostimulators work more gradually and are about firmness and skin quality. At your consultation, Sarah will explain which treatment or which combination of treatments best suits your goals.
Alongside traditional hyaluronic-acid fillers, Kynd offers injectable collagen-stimulating treatments - a different kind of injectable that prompts your skin to rebuild its own collagen, rather than simply adding volume. The result develops gradually and looks completely natural, because the improvement is genuinely your own skin, renewed. They’re a beautiful option for overall firmness, structure and skin quality.
Every filler treatment begins with a thorough consultation. Sarah will assess your concerns and facial features, review your medical history and suitability, and explain the benefits, risks and aftercare clearly before anything goes ahead. Only reputable, regulated products are used, and as a medical prescriber Sarah is trained to manage the rare complications that can occur - part of what makes choosing a qualified, accredited practitioner so important.
Those little subtle tweaks that give stunning results!
My treatments aim to restore your beauty, not make you look fake.
