Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all treatments and bookings with Kynd Medical & Wellness Ltd (“Kynd”, “we”, “us”), 2 Southgate, Honley, Huddersfield, HD9 6NT. 

1. Booking & deposits 
Bookings are made via our online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly. Bookings will need to be confirmed Via glowday and glowday Ts & Cs accepted 

2. Cancellations & rescheduling 
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the case of a missed appointment, you may be charged via Glowday to cover the reserved time. We understand emergencies happen and will always consider individual circumstances fairly. 

3. Late arrival 
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so as not to affect other clients – this will incur a chage. 

4. Consultations, suitability & consent 
All treatments require a consultation and a suitability assessment. Treatment will only proceed with your informed, written consent, and we reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate. Honest, complete medical information is essential for your safety. 

5. Age policy 
All treatments are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested. 

6. Results & aftercare 
Individual results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Some treatments require a course or maintenance for best results. Following the aftercare advice provided is important; please contact us promptly with any concerns following treatment. 

7. Payment & refunds 
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. As treatments are bespoke services delivered by appointment, fees for treatments already provided are non-refundable, except where required by law. 

8. Complaints 
We take any concern seriously. If you are unhappy, please contact Sarah directly and we will respond promptly and work to put things right. As a Save Face accredited and JCCP registered practice, we follow recognised standards and complaints procedures. 

9. Liability & governing law 
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
