Healthy skin is the foundation of looking and feeling well and your skin is as individual as you are. At Kynd, facials start with a proper skin assessment rather than a fixed menu, so every treatment is built around what your skin actually needs that day. Using medical-grade skincare and advanced technology, Sarah will help you achieve a healthy, radiant complexion, and give you the guidance to maintain it at home.

Skin Boosters & Polynucleotides

Skin Boosters

Skin boosters are injectable treatments that deeply hydrate and improve the quality of the skin from within rather than adding volume or changing your shape. Using microinjections of hyaluronic acid and skin-nourishing ingredients, they boost hydration, smoothness, elasticity and radiance for a natural, lit-from-within glow. They’re a lovely option for tired, dull or crêpey skin on the face, neck, décolletage and hands, and work best as a short course with occasional maintenance.

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides are one of the most exciting advances in regenerative aesthetics. These purified, naturally-derived injectables work at a deeper level to support the skin’s own repair processes improving hydration, elasticity, tone and overall skin quality, and helping to calm inflammation. They’re especially well regarded for refreshing the delicate under-eye area and for improving skin resilience over time, and are typically given as a short course for gradual, natural-looking results. Polynucleotides are derived from purified fish (usually salmon) DNA, so they’re not suitable if you have a fish allergy.

Both skin boosters and polynucleotides improve the health and quality of your skin rather than adding volume, and they pair beautifully with other treatments. At your consultation, Sarah will assess your skin and recommend whether skin boosters, polynucleotides, or a combination will best achieve your goals.

IPL Skin Rejuvenation

Book →

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a gentle yet effective way to even out your complexion. Unlike a single-wavelength laser, IPL uses broad-spectrum light that can be tuned to target different concerns such as the brown pigment of sun damage and age spots, or the redness of broken capillaries and rosacea. The light is absorbed beneath the skin and converted to heat, breaking down the pigment or vessel so your body can clear it naturally, revealing clearer, more even skin.

IPL can help with sun damage and age spots, freckling, uneven pigmentation, facial redness, thread veins and the flushing of rosacea, and an overall dull or uneven tone. A short course usually gives the best results, with simple SPF-led aftercare in between. A patch test is carried out first, and because IPL isn’t suitable for every skin type or for recently tanned skin, Sarah will always assess your suitability before treatment.

Please note: IPL at Kynd is offered for skin rejuvenation only - not hair removal.

Not sure which to choose?

With so many options, it’s completely normal not to know where to start. Book a consultation and Sarah will assess your skin and recommend the right treatment, or combination, for your concerns, lifestyle and goals.

FAQ's

It depends on your skin and your goals. As a general guide, many people benefit from a facial every six weeks to maintain results, while others book seasonally or before special occasions. Sarah will recommend a realistic plan at your consultation.

It's a fully personalised facial tailored to your skin on the day rather than following a fixed routine. After assessing your skin, Sarah selects the right combination of cleansing, exfoliation, LED, masks and peels using medical-grade products, so your skin gets exactly what it needs.

IPL at Kynd is for skin rejuvenation only it targets pigmentation, sun damage, redness, thread veins and uneven tone. It is not offered for hair removal. A patch test and suitability assessment are carried out before any treatment.

Most of these treatments have little to no downtime. Peels and IPL can cause some temporary redness or light flaking as the skin renews; Sarah will explain exactly what to expect and provide aftercare guidance, including the importance of daily SPF.

Dermal fillers add volume and definition; skin boosters and polynucleotides improve the quality, hydration and health of the skin itself. They're about glow and skin condition rather than changing your shape and they complement fillers beautifully.

Polynucleotides are regenerative injectables made from purified, naturally-derived ingredients that support the skin's own repair processes improving hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality. They're especially popular for the under-eye area and for refreshing tired skin. They're derived from purified fish (usually salmon) DNA, so aren't suitable if you have a fish allergy.

Because treatments are tailored to your skin, pricing is confirmed at your consultation once Sarah has assessed your needs and agreed a plan with you.
